Terms of Service

Last updated: March 29, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InvoiceDash ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceDash is an accounts receivable automation platform that helps businesses manage invoices, send payment reminders, track communications, and collect payments. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including debt collection regulations (FDCPA, TCPA, state laws).
  • Send harassing, threatening, or abusive communications through the Service.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create through the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including any debtor contact information and invoice records. You represent that you have the right to use and share this information.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Stripe, Twilio). Your use of these integrations is also subject to those platforms' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

8. SMS and Email Communications

When you use the Service to send SMS or email communications to your debtors, you are the sender. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable communication laws, including obtaining necessary consents. InvoiceDash provides the tools; the compliance obligation is yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that automated reminders will result in payment collection.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued operation would be impractical or unlawful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain Your Data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
